How Far Out Should We Book A Birthday Party Magic Show?

How far in advance should I book my birthday party entertainer? This is a tough one. Actually, You should hire your birthday party magician as soon as you know the date of your event. Many of us children’s magicians in the Phoenix area are booked well in advance. I have some clients that book me out a year in advance. I'll perform my children’s comedy magic show at their party and they'll say, “let's do it again next year” and book my magic show right on the spot.

I also perform about four to six birthday party magic shows per weekend, so my time slots fill up fast! I also receive  about five birthday party magic show inquiries a day, so that's 25 + leads a week. So the bottom line is to definitely book as soon as you can. Once you decide you know what you want, make sure to book because sometimes another phone call or another 20 minutes and you may lose that spot.
